Returns, Changes and Guarantees

With us your purchase is 100% guaranteed. You can cancel an order that has not been dispatched, request a refund, an exchange, or even the guarantee of the garments or accessories.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you have up to 5 business days from the delivery of the product for a refund (retract), or up to 15 business days for an exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, changes or returns of face masks are not accepted.
  • Products must be in perfect condition. It cannot be used or modified from its original state. It must be in good condition, clean and with the original labels. Moda Y Alta Costura SAS reserves the right to accept returns or exchanges.
  • For retractions, returns or changes, the cost of shipping to us is assumed by the client as established in article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. Shipments with payment on delivery are not accepted.
  • Refund of money to a credit card can take up to 30 days. We recommend that you accept the refund in a bank account since we do it within 5 days from the receipt of the product and your account information.

Changes are valid for 15 business days after purchase and will ideally be made for an amount equal to that invoiced.

  • If you want to make the change for an amount greater than the original, a money charge will be made for the difference between the products to be changed. You will receive an email with a link so you can easily and safely pay the difference.
  • If you want to make the change for a lower value, we will convert the difference between the two products into a gift voucher so that you can share it with whoever you want.

The procedure is very simple, you just have to send us the products to our showroom in Medellín at Carrera 37 #8A – 26 Office 201. Present the invoice and/or document of the person who made the purchase, and if you do not bring them in person, make sure to communicate with us beforehand.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you must wait for the product to arrive and follow the return or exchange procedure.


  • The accessories have a guarantee for one month following the purchase, and it is carried out as long as it is determined that it is a manufacturing defect and not due to manipulation. After this time if you want us to repair the part, we offer the repair service with an additional cost that is defined according to the reference, the repair service takes 30 business days.
  • The dresses have a 30-day guarantee and it is carried out as long as it is determined that it is a manufacturing defect and not due to manipulation.
