How to measure yourself at home
First you must put on a cord that ties the entire waist and leave it on as a reference for taking all the following measurements:
- Chest width is measured in front, from the crease of the right arm to the crease of the left arm.
- Back width is measured from the back, from the crease of the right arm to the crease of the left arm.
- Shoulder distance is measured across the back, from one shoulder bone to the other side.
- The chest is a full outline, measured from the back and over the bust.
- The breast is a full contour, measured from the back and passing through the middle of the bust, where the fullest part is.
- The breast separation is measured in the center of the bust, from nipple to nipple.
- The base is a full contour, measured from the back and under the bust.
- The waist is a complete contour, it is measured at the entire entrance of the curve. Where was the cord attached?
- The hip is a complete contour, it is measured in the most prominent part.
The following measurements are taken from the seventh cervical, this is the bone that sticks out at the back of the neck when you bow your head
- Breast height is measured from the seventh cervical to the center of the bust. (the nipple)
- Base height is measured from the seventh cervical to the bottom of the bust.
- The front waist is measured in front, passing through the bust, from the seventh cervical to the waist where the cord is. Giving the shape to the breast with the metro.
- The back waist is measured from behind, going through the back from the seventh cervical to the waist where the drawstring is.
- Hip height is measured across the side, from the waist cord to the fullest part of the hip.
- The seventh cervical measurement is measured from the seventh cervical to the floor. Being the total length.
